Shani Weil

Shani Weil is a highly experienced legal professional with a diverse background in compliance, mediation, and law. Currently, Shani serves as the Head of Compliance for EMEA at Orbia and has held the role of Global Compliance Manager at Netafim since December 2019, where responsibilities include establishing a culture of trust and compliance and designing global compliance programs. As a Co-Founder and Senior Mediator at the Regional Mediation Centre since December 2013, Shani handles complex mediation cases. Prior experience includes founding Weil - Ori law firm and serving as a Prosecuting Lawyer at the State Attorneys Office, where Shani managed over 100 criminal cases focused on white-collar crime. Earlier roles included Associate Lawyer at Hamburger Evron & Co. and a Law Intern at the Israeli Ministry of Justice. Shani Weil holds two Master of Laws degrees from Tel Aviv University and Northwestern University, as well as a Bachelor of Laws from Tel Aviv University.
