Willie Peña

Willie Peña is a Commercial Manager at Netafim Centroamérica, where they oversee various aspects of business operations. They previously held roles such as Director of New Business and Executive of Sales at Netafim, as well as serving as Supervisor of Pipeline Installation and Sales Technician at Durman by Aliaxis Centroamérica and Hidro-Plant, respectively. Willie earned a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the Tecnológico de Costa Rica and further pursued advanced studies, including a Master's in Project Management from the Universitat de Barcelona and a Master's in Neuromarketing and Market Research from OBS Business School.
