Angela H. is an accomplished Senior Technical Writer with extensive experience in planning, developing, and updating various forms of documentation, including user guides, online help systems, and technical manuals. Currently employed at NetAlly since October 2024, Angela previously held similar senior technical writing roles at BillingPlatform and Altia, where notable achievements included transitioning the Altia Design graphics editor software guide into topic-based online help. Angela has also served as a Senior Technical Editor at Ace Info Solutions LLC, contributing to project management and communication workshops.
