Ali Khan, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success operations, entrepreneurship, and project management. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Success Ops at NetApp since February 2012, Ali also founded and leads iFixedQuick, a successful e-commerce platform for electronics. Prior to these roles, Ali spent nearly 18 years at IBM in various positions, including Acting People Manager and Product Manager, where significant contributions included transforming the call center back office into a case-based engineering team, resulting in substantial cost savings. Ali holds an MBA and a BBA in Marketing and Economics from Campbell University, as well as an Associate's degree in Applied Science from Wake Technical Community College.
