Andrew Devore

Andrew Devore possesses extensive experience in technical content development and support, currently serving as a Technical Content Developer at NetApp since June 2006, specializing in course creation for AWS, Azure, GCP, and other technologies. Previous roles at NetApp included positions as an Escalation Engineer and Technical Support Engineer III, focusing on hardware specialization in SAN, NAS, NFS, and CIFS. Prior to NetApp, Andrew held the role of Tier 3 Lead at Time Warner Cable, handling VOIP and wireless home networking, and began his career as a Technical Support Engineer at Earthlink Inc. Andrew's early experience includes bartending at Mustard Seed Tavern for nearly a decade.
