Angela Edwards

Angela Edwards, PMP, has extensive experience in project management and technical support, beginning at NetApp in November 2005. Initially serving as a Technical Support Coordinator until February 2009, Angela managed workflow processes for the Technical Support Center and developed operational guidelines for case assignment. Since then, as a Certified Project Manager for the IT Support organization's Operations department, Angela has overseen projects from initiation to delivery, focusing on the development and implementation of the operational PMO to ensure successful project execution. Angela holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Penn State University, earned from 1997 to 2001.
