Arnaud Bretillon has extensive experience in customer success and service engineering, currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Success Portfolio & Service Engineering at NetApp since January 2003. Bretillon has successfully transformed the NetApp Services portfolio to enhance customer success and has previously evolved the legacy installation service into a comprehensive Deployment Services model, achieving significant revenue growth. Notable accomplishments include the development of an AI-driven system for managing installation projects and overseeing support services for the APAC region.
