Bart Williamson

Bart Williamson has extensive experience in technical content development and support management, currently serving as a Technical Content Developer and Certified Support Manager at NetApp since 2013. Prior to this role, Bart held various managerial positions at Verizon, including overseeing the Wells Fargo Dedicated Incident Management Center, the Data Repair Center, and Network Solutions Operations from November 2006 to October 2013. Bart's career began at MCI/Verizon Business, managing the Enterprise Network Operations Center for a year. Bart holds a degree in Criminal Justice from Troy University.
