Charlotte Gerstner

Charlotte Gerstner, Ph.D., is the Vice President of Global Talent Management at NetApp, where they lead the global talent management team to engage, develop, and retain high-performing talent. Previously, Charlotte held the position of Enterprise Talent Management Lead at Chevron, guiding the design and development of enterprise talent strategies. With over 20 years in various talent management and executive roles, they have specialized in assessment-driven executive development and succession planning. Charlotte earned a Ph.D. in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and a B.S. in Psychology and French from Louisiana State University.
