Daniel Grund has extensive experience in escalation engineering, currently serving as a Sr. Escalation Engineer at NetApp since October 2015. Prior to this role, Daniel worked at Microsoft from March 2008 to September 2015 as an Escalation Engineer, focusing on Tier 4 Support Engineering while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams. Daniel's career began at Hewlett-Packard Nederland B.V. in January 1997, where responsibilities included being an Escalation Engineer, Chairman and Boardmember of the Works Council for Compaq Netherlands, and a Member of the European Works Council. Daniel contributed to the reorganization and integration of working conditions during the Compaq and HP merger and was involved in designing a new pension fund. Currently, Daniel is pursuing education at Open Universiteit since 2009.
