Elizabeth Ward serves as Vice President, Legal at NetApp since January 2012, leading the global legal team that provides commercial legal support across various organizational sectors. Previously, Elizabeth held roles such as Senior Director and Director of Legal at NetApp, where responsibilities included managing legal teams for North America and global sales, negotiating significant technology and supply chain agreements, and overseeing commercial law matters. Prior experience includes managing counsel at Agilent Technologies for a $3 billion business group and various attorney positions within a $700 million business unit, as well as at Rosenblum Parish & Isaacs. Elizabeth holds a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property from Santa Clara University School of Law, a JD from LSU Law, and a B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
