Ellen MacDermid is an experienced marketing and communications leader with a robust background in employee engagement and customer advocacy. At Juniper Networks, Ellen served as Senior Lead for Customer Advocacy and Employee Experience Marketing, spearheading a multimedia campaign to promote brand values and enhancing the company's customer awards program. With extensive experience at NetApp as Global Sponsor Program Lead, Ellen rebuilt global sponsor initiatives resulting in significant revenue growth.
