Eric Johnston

Eric Johnston has over 30 years of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Engineering Lab Operations Lead at NetApp since March 2006. In this role, Eric is responsible for networking, break/fix situations, and planning processes within the Global Labs, with a focus on cooling and power management. Prior to NetApp, Eric worked at Misys Healthcare for 17 years as an IT administrator and helpdesk support. Eric holds a degree in Electrical Technologies with a concentration in Computer Science and Electronics from West Virginia State University, which was completed between 1982 and 1987.
