Eric Poulson

Eric "Doc" Poulson is a Knowledge Domain Expert and KCSv6 Coach at NetApp, where they lead the implementation of knowledge-centered services across the Americas. They have a deep technical knowledge of NetApp software products and have contributed significantly to reducing support call volumes and improving customer self-service through structured knowledge. Previously, Eric served as a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy, graduating in the top 5 from the Naval School of Health Sciences, and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Stevens Henager College. Their extensive skills include Agile project management, instructor training, and proficient written and verbal communication.
