Eric Stanton has over two decades of experience in software engineering, currently serving as a Principal Engineer at NetApp since 2000, where responsibilities include understanding and documenting new feature requirements and high-level software architecture. Prior to this, Eric worked at Koch Industries as a Software Developer and Contractor from 1996 to 2000, focusing on various systems including pipeline simulation and control, utilizing technologies such as Microsoft tools and UNIX. From 1990 to 1996, Eric developed software at Brite Voice Systems, catering to the needs of large-scale audio content providers. Eric holds a double major in Computer Science and Business with a minor in Math from Friends University, and has additional educational background from Carnegie Mellon University.
