Fran Melia

Fran Melia possesses extensive experience in business analysis and process management, with a notable tenure at NetApp from October 2012 to January 2018 as the Manager of SAP Business Analysts and Chair of NetApp RTP Women In Technology. Prior to NetApp, Fran served as Director of Community Sponsorship at Innovation in RTP and as a Process Management Specialist at Ericsson. Fran's foundational experience includes a significant role at Nortel, where responsibilities encompassed Supply Chain Process and System Subject Matter Expert and SAP Operations Lead for Order Fulfilment, along with participation in the RTP Women's Business Council Leadership. Fran holds a Master’s degree in Statistics with a concentration in Industrial Statistics from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Florida.
