Greg Heitman, ITIL, has over 25 years of experience in sales, project management, and service delivery. Currently serving as Manager of Service Delivery at NetApp, Greg has established strong communication between sales and delivery teams to enhance Managed Services solutions. Previously, Greg held various roles at NetApp, including Field Escalation Manager and Support Account Manager, where focus was on building customer relationships and managing support in escalated scenarios. Earlier experience includes positions in account management and inside sales at Enser Corporation, PTC, and NWN Corporation. Greg's career began at Information Mapping and Ameriprise Financial Services, where roles spanned user support, technology management, and financial advising. Educationally, Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has completed graduate classes in Business at Babson Executive Education.
