Guillermo Ayala, MBA, is currently the Director of Field Advocacy and Enablement at NetApp, where they leverage their extensive experience in operations management within the information technology sector. Previously, they served as Manager of Quote to Cash Operations and Team/Technical Lead at NetApp, driving efficiency and productivity in sales support processes. Guillermo's earlier roles include Systems Engineer at Pitney Bowes and Assistant Manager at Friedmans Jewelers. They are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Fayetteville State University and hold an MBA from North Carolina State University.
