Jason Kessler is currently a Security Solutions Architect at NetApp, where they focus on developing high-performing teams and inspiring individuals to leverage their strengths for a meaningful career. They previously served as a Senior NetApp Consultant at Strategic Business Systems, working closely with major enterprise clients, including the Department of Defense. Jason has also held roles as a Performance Consultant at Ten Fathoms Consulting, Inc., and as a Systems Engineer at the Federal Reserve Information Technology, where they significantly improved server build processes. Earlier in their career, they provided consulting services to various organizations, including the U.S. Army and Marine Corps Reserve.
