Jeff Walker, PMP, has been serving as a Services Account Executive for Federal Civilian Agencies at NetApp since July 2016, where responsibilities include leading the GSDC Platform team in scoping and delivery oversight for ONTAP Upgrade and Advanced Configuration engagements, as well as developing GSDC capabilities and standardizing delivery processes. Prior to this role, Jeff held various project management positions at Ellucian from January 2010 to June 2016, overseeing numerous client projects, managing budgets, and delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations. Jeff earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Michigan between 1994 and 1998.
