Jeffery Ferko

Jeffery Ferko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and network management, currently serving as a Support Account Manager at NetApp since July 2011. In this role, Jeffery addresses critical technical and non-technical issues for customers while managing open cases. Prior to this, Jeffery held multiple engineering positions at NetApp, resolving complex customer issues, and served as a Network Engineer and Information Systems Security Manager at AT&T Government Solutions Inc. Jeffery's military tenure in the United States Marine Corps encompassed network administration roles, ensuring 100% network security for thousands of personnel. In addition to technical expertise, Jeffery is the owner of Ferko Family Farm, which raises pork, chicken, and produce, with plans to expand operations. Jeffery holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Phoenix and a degree in Computer and Information Science from ECPI University.
