Jenni Flinders

Jenni Flinders is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in partner and channel management. Currently serving as SVP of Partner & Channel at NetApp since July 2021, Jenni leads global partner, channels, and ecosystems initiatives. Previously, Jenni was a member of the Board of Directors at Tateuchi Center and served as Vice President and Global Channel Chief at VMware from April 2018 to August 2020. Jenni's considerable tenure at Microsoft spanned from November 2000 to April 2015, during which various leadership roles were held, including Vice President of the Partner Group and GM of the Worldwide Partner Group, along with experience managing mid-market segments in both Latin America and South Africa. Additionally, Jenni contributed as a Board Member for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue, engaging in fundraising and youth program activities.
