Keith Obrien

Keith O'Brien is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and contract negotiations. Currently serving as the Director of Legal at NetApp since August 2015, Keith leads legal support for the company’s $2B+ Worldwide Services and Support business and oversees commercial deals involving inbound customer and outbound supplier contracts. Previously, as Assistant General Counsel at Truphone, Keith managed the US legal team, closed over 230 contracts, and advised various business units on commercial legal matters. Keith's background includes roles as Senior Counsel at Telcordia Technologies, Associate positions at Lowenstein Sandler PC and Sidley Austin Brown & Wood LLP, and foundational legal experience as a paralegal. Keith holds a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
