Lisa Rogers, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, particularly in security and compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at NetApp, Lisa leads product certification and compliance initiatives. Previously, at ScienceLogic, responsibilities included enhancing product security through collaboration with key stakeholders. During a long tenure at Cisco, Lisa played pivotal roles in the Security & Trust Organization, notably aligning cross-functional priorities and accelerating critical security certifications. Earlier career experiences include program management and operational leadership across various organizations, where Lisa focused on customer satisfaction, efficient training solutions, and process improvements. Lisa holds a BS in Industrial and Operations Engineering from Andrews University, with a minor in Computer Science.
