Luisa Shipton

Luisa Shipton (Assoc CIPD) currently serves as the Early In Career Manager for NetApp, overseeing a team across four countries to implement the Early Careers strategy for internships and graduate roles in the EMEA region since April 2019. Previously, Luisa held positions such as Sr. Recruiter and Early In Career Team Lead at NetApp, Client Partner at Amberjack Global, and IADP Programme Manager at Opel Vauxhall Finance, among others, with extensive experience in talent development, recruitment, and programme management. Educational credentials include a Master's in International Security Studies from the University of Reading and a BA (Hons) in Italian from UCL.
