Mark Kinch is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Manager of Technical Solution Specialists for Analytics, HPC, AI/ML, and Data Centric Workloads at NetApp since May 2010. In this role, Mark leads a team that focuses on AI solutions and data workflows to enhance competitive value for businesses using GenAI and inferencing. Mark has a diverse background in global technology strategy, account management for major pharmaceutical clients, and IT infrastructure development, with a strong emphasis on creating innovative solutions that align with customer goals. Prior to NetApp, Mark held various technical leadership roles at Merck, overseeing global messaging and backup services, and held positions at SmithKline Beecham and Integrated Systems Consulting Group. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from PennWest Clarion.
