Mark Waterhouse has over 25 years of experience in IT and technical architecture. Currently serving as EMEA Technical Director for Strategic Partners at NetApp since May 2008, Mark is part of the Global Technical team supporting Accenture and Avanade, focusing on integrating NetApp technologies into their solutions. Previous roles include Storage Infrastructure Architect for Global Services with both Accenture/Avanade and CSC, where Mark specialized in architecting solutions and driving education on NetApp technologies. Prior to NetApp, Mark held positions as Professional Services Manager at a&o, Pre Sales Architect at LSI, and Pre Sales Technical Engineer at Memorex Telex, with early experience as an Integration Support Analyst at Greater Manchester Fire Service. Mark holds a Diploma in Computing from The University of Bolton.
