Michele Pardini possesses extensive experience in cloud storage and technical support, currently serving as the Principal Solution Architect for Cloud Storage Performance at NetApp since January 2011. In this role, Michele specializes in AWS FSx for ONTAP, focusing on infrastructure sizing, performance management, and testing. Prior to this position, Michele held various roles at NetApp, including Cloud Solution Architect and Senior Escalation Engineer, leading support in the ONTAP Performance area and assisting customers in cloud migrations. Michele's career began in IT at Computer Team, transitioning from HelpDesk/System Engineer to Technical Account Manager at AMInformatica Srl. Initial experience was gained in car care services at Avis Autonoleggio Spa. Michele holds a Diploma in Economics from Istituto Tecnico Commeciale "A. Pacinotti."
