Mike Smith

Mike Smith has over two decades of experience in the technology sector, primarily at NetApp, where roles have included Lead PSC, Professional Service Engineer, Training Developer/Delivery, Escalations Engineer, and Technical Support Engineer. Since January 2006, Mike has played a key role in decision-making for design and implementation of Engineering Storage systems while training and mentoring the on-site team. Previous roles involved developing and delivering training material for NetApp products and resolving high-visibility technical support cases involving various NAS protocols. Mike’s educational background includes studies in Computer Science and Mathematics at San José State University and an Associate's Degree in Engineering from De Anza College.
