Murray Gault

Murray Gault has extensive experience in technical support and management, currently serving as Sr. Director of Americas Technical Support at NetApp since December 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing all technical support operations in the Americas. Previously, Gault held roles such as Director of Americas Field Services & Escalation Management and Sr. Manager Technical Support, managing support teams for OffTap software, NAS, and performance. Prior to NetApp, Gault was Director of Global Emergency Recovery at Genband from 2007 to January 2012, and spent over two decades at Nortel in various leadership positions focused on emergency recovery, technical support, and operations.
