Qian Lu is an experienced project manager and consultant specializing in business transformation and continuous improvement. As a co-founder of Fabus Amsterdam, Qian leads strategic initiatives that have contributed to a 60% business growth in 2023 while promoting inclusive and sustainable values in the wine and food industry. Qian has also held various roles at companies like Deloitte China and Alter Domus, where they focused on operations and strategy. Qian holds a Master’s degree from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree from Renmin University of China.
