Randy Som

Randy Som is a User Experience Program Manager and Senior User Experience Designer at NetApp, where they have established and executed User Centered Design processes for key initiatives since 2009. Previously, they served as a Human Factors Consultant at BAE, conducting classified research and solution proposals, and worked with notable companies such as IBM, Cisco, and Nortel, specializing in usability and human factors for over 15 years. Randy holds a BA in Psychology from San Francisco State University, an MA in Human Factors from California State University, Northridge, and has a background in General Pre-Med from the University of California, Berkeley.
