Ravindra Reddy

Ravindra Reddy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering management and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at NetApp since December 2009, Ravindra Reddy oversees the Annual Operating Plan, managing Opex and Capex budgets, and has played a vital role in forming engineering teams and developing key performance indicators for supplier performance. Prior to NetApp, Ravindra Reddy worked at Accenture LLP as an Application Development Manager, where responsibilities included leading technology delivery and competency development in Mainframe Technologies. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Tata Consultancy Services, where various roles were held from developer to module leader, working with notable clients such as Citibank and American Express. Ravindra Reddy holds a Master of Engineering from BIT Mesra and has completed an Executive General Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
