Rinove RV is an experienced technical support engineer with a strong background in storage technologies. Currently working at NetApp since October 2021, Rinove has advanced from Technical Support Engineer L2 to L3, specializing in various NetApp storage solutions. Prior experience includes a role as a Storage Engineer L2 at Dell EMC, focusing on Isilon, and serving as a Senior Storage Engineer at Sutherland, where Rinove handled NetApp Storage C-mode and 7-mode systems. Rinove's career also includes technical support for Dell EMC products at Wipro Limited, specifically related to Documentum eRoom. Rinove holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from KG College of Arts and Science.
