Robb Snavely is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in network engineering, technical support, and system administration. Currently serving as a Support Account Manager and previously as a Technical Support Engineer at NetApp, Robb provides expert support for enterprise customers using Solidfire and HCI solutions. Prior to this, Robb spent nearly a decade at Oracle, managing over 14,000 network devices in various roles including Network Engineer for Oracle Public Cloud. Robb’s career also includes significant contributions at Sun Microsystems, RK Electric, The Simple Solution, and Cabletron Systems, where responsibilities ranged from providing technical support to project management in telecommunications infrastructure. Key achievements include designing and delivering training for Solaris certification and support for US Government environments.
