Ryan Mathews

Ryan Mathews is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital support strategy and customer engagement. Currently serving as Senior Director of Digital Support Strategy at NetApp since July 2018, Ryan has honed a philosophy of efficiency with a "Fix it once, Use it often" approach. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Online Support at Republic Wireless, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing customer engagement across web-based support channels. Ryan also held various positions at Extreme Networks from 2011 to 2017, including Service Operations Manager and KCS Program Manager, focusing on knowledge management practices and self-service support systems.
