Ryan Urice is currently an Azure Customer Success Engineer, having previously worked as an Escalation Engineer and Technical Support Engineer at NetApp from 2020 to 2025. Prior to NetApp, Ryan served as an Independent IT Contractor in 2012, where they helped deploy over 200 new Windows 7 workstations at Wuesthoff Hospital/Osler Medical. From 2007 to 2012, Ryan also gained experience as an Electronics Sales Associate at Walmart. Ryan holds two Associate of Science degrees in Computer Engineering Technology/Technician and Simulation/Robotics Technology from Daytona State College, both earned between 2008 and 2012.
