Shefali Kumar

Shefali Kumar is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in engineering and product teams. Currently serving as the Country HR Business Partner for Engineering and Product at NetApp since July 2025, Shefali previously held significant roles at G-P as HR Head for the India Development Center and HR Business Partner for Global Engineering & Product teams, and at VMware as a Senior HR Business Partner, where collaboration with leadership across US, India, and China was key to organizational transformation. Early career experience includes global HR business partnering at Unilever, where responsibilities ranged from managing HR functions for IT groups to leading change management initiatives. Educational qualifications include an Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and an MBA in HR from Amity Business School.
