Stephanie Sulzer

Stephanie Sulzer currently serves as the Americas Engineering & Global Executive Talent Acquisition Leader at NetApp, beginning in February 2024. Prior to this role, Sulzer held the position of Senior Manager of Engineering Talent Acquisition at Cruise from April 2022 to December 2023, and worked at Microsoft from March 2018 to March 2022 as a DEIB Talent Strategy and Sourcing specialist. At Microsoft, responsibilities included guiding sourcing governance to enhance diversity hiring efforts, designing targeted talent solutions, and partnering with stakeholders on market trends. Sulzer also spent over a decade at Dell as a Talent Acquisition Sr. Manager, where significant achievements included managing a team of 23 recruiters, filling over 2000 positions annually, and developing global talent strategies. Earlier career experiences include Director of Recruiting at Rasmussen College, Inc. and Staffing Manager/Recruiter at IRI.
