Tim D. Riddle

Tim D. Riddle has over two decades of experience in human resources and management, currently serving as the Director HR Business Partner at NetApp since January 2016. Prior to NetApp, Tim held the position of Director of Human Resources at Duke University Health System, specifically for the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. Tim's career also includes significant roles at Cisco Systems, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Manager in HR Business Partnering to overseeing the global deployment of IT solutions, managing budgets for large-scale infrastructure, and leading teams in software development and IT support. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan University, as well as certifications in Human Resource Management from Duke University and Project Management from The George Washington University.
