Todd Brown

Todd Brown has extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and telecommunications sectors. At NetApp, Todd served as Vice President of Worldwide Professional Services and Managed Services from October 2013 to January 2020, following previous roles as Sr. Director and Senior Director of Professional Services. Prior to that, Todd was Vice President of US Technical Services at Pinnacle Wireless Communications, significantly enhancing service structure and doubling service revenue and customer satisfaction. Earlier, Todd held positions at Motorola, leading Managed Services for Public Safety clients, and at Sprint/Nextel, where responsibilities included establishing the Business Customer Care organization. Todd's career began at McCaw Communications, AT&T Wireless, managing a large team to sustain substantial annual revenues.
