Bill Watts

Bill Watts has over 10 years of work experience in the software engineering and web development fields. From 2005-2007, they were a Computer Center Consultant at Penn State University. In 2007, they were an intern Web Developer at Partnership Erie, where they designed and implemented non-profit organization websites into content management systems. From 2009-2010, they were a Software Engineer at fh group, where they created and maintained multiple projects of various sizes. From 2010-2012, they were a Senior Project Manager at Jamestown Community College, where they supported the college's Drupal installations and created new applications to replace current school functions. From 2012-2016, they were a Senior Director of Development and Director of Development at Level Interactive, where they provided direction over all technical decisions and managed a small team of developers. From 2016-2018, they were a Lead Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at UPMC, where they were in charge of engineering and technical support of the MyUPMC patient portal. From 2018-present, they are an Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer at NetBeez, Inc.

Bill Watts obtained their High School Diploma from Sharon High School between 2000 and 2004. Bill then attended Penn State Erie, The Behrend College from 2005 to 2010, where they earned a B.S. in Management Information Systems with a focus on Technology, Management, and Marketing.
