Stefano Gridelli

Stefano Gridelli has over 13 years of professional experience in the technology industry. In 2013, they cofounded and served as CEO of NetBeez, Inc., a leader in high performance network monitoring that enables Infrastructure and Operations teams to successfully manage the most complex networks. From 2007 to 2013, they were a Senior Network Engineer in the Network Design Group at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, where they were the lead engineer on network design projects for large sized hospitals and corporate facilities. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a System Administrator and Developer at Khamsa S.r.l. (now PrivateWave S.r.l.), where they collaborated on the development of a cryptographic email system funded by the European Community's Social Fund. Stefano was also a grant recipient for Innovation from the European Community's Social Fund.

Stefano Gridelli obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science from Università degli Studi di Milano between 2000 and 2007. Stefano then went on to obtain their MBA in Finance, Marketing and Strategy from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business between 2009 and 2012. In 2011, they obtained their Service Routing Architect (SRA) certification from Alcatel-Lucent and in 2012 they obtained their Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification from Cisco. In 2016, they attended Y Combinator's Class of W16.
