Matt Adams

Matt Adams is the Chief Executive Officer of NetBenefit Software, a company that provides software, data, and expertise to manage socio-economic impact. They lead NetBenefit's development in a measured and equitable way. Prior to NetBenefit, they worked at SiteHawk as Sr. Solution Engineer (2017–2018) and held roles at Sphera (Manager, Digital Solutions Group; Director of Alliances) after SiteHawk's acquisition in 2019. They previously served as Product Manager at ThinkOn (2013–2015) and as Product Solution Consultant at Intelex Technologies (2015–2017), and also held positions as Team Lead at Prosedium Consulting (2009–2013), Sales Representative at PepsiCo - Frito Lay (2012), and Safety Officer at Outland Camps (2010). They are pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental and a Minor in Business Administration and Management at the University of Guelph.
