Elsa Liu

Elsa Liu is a Cloud Architect and Senior DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in CI/CD, Kubernetes, and various cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP. Currently, at NetBrain Technologies Inc. since 2018, they design and implement pivotal systems such as CI pipelines and disaster recovery environments. Previously, Liu held significant roles at companies like Wind River and Huawei, where they contributed to networking features and security implementations. Liu also served as Chief Technology Officer at BI Cloud Ltd., leading the development of an intelligent cloud platform. They hold a Master’s degree from Nankai University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tianjin University.
