Qi Xiong

Qi Xiong began their work experience in 2006 as a Datacomm Engineering Trainee at Enhance Info&Tech CO., LTD. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Senior Network Engineer at Strong Digital Technology CO., LTD. In 2011, they joined Southern Illinois University as an IT Technical Support staff member. In 2013, Qi Xiong transitioned to NetBrain Technologies Inc., starting as a Network Consulting Engineer. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Support and Professional Service Manager for North America, where they built and led technical support, professional service, and customer success teams. Most recently, Qi Xiong held the role of Director of Sales Engineering, Proof of Concept at NetBrain Technologies Inc.

Qi Xiong obtained a Master of Computer Science degree in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, between 2010 and 2013. In addition, Qi Xiong has certifications in ITILv3 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in 2017, and CCIE from Cisco, obtained in 2008.
