Nigel Halkes

Nigel Halkes is an experienced independent director and board adviser with a strong portfolio of non-executive roles across public, private, and charitable sectors, focusing on technology, energy, and hospitality. They served as Managing Partner, Markets for UK & Ireland at Ernst & Young for 36 years, where they were instrumental in the firm's growth strategy. Nigel has held various non-executive positions, including currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at Netcall and Tribal Group, where they contribute to strategic oversight and governance. Additionally, they have been involved in numerous charitable initiatives, such as chairing committees for the Lord's Taverners and serving as a founding trustee of the EY Foundation. Nigel graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Bristol.
