Julia Canac is currently employed as a Data Scientist at netcarbon since September 2023. Previously, Julia worked as an Assistant Analyst in Micro-Vinification at DGCCRF - Ministère de l'Économie for a brief period in 2022 and held the position of Laboratory Technician at ADERA in August 2022. Julia's experience includes teaching SVT at COURS SINGULIER and assisting in winemaking processes as an Assistant Maître de Chais at SCA Château Senailhac. Additional roles include working as a Laborer at DARTESS and a Dishwasher at CROUS Bordeaux. Julia holds a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry from the Institut des Sciences de la Vigne et du Vin and obtained a Data Scientist certification from DataScientest.com, co-certified by MINES Paris Tech | PSL. Julia also earned a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Chemistry from Université Bordeaux.
