Amy Loch

Amy Loch currently serves as Team Leader for 988 Crisis Chats at Netcare Access, providing supervision to a team of Crisis Clinicians and ensuring the fidelity of the Lifeline Model through quality reviews and guidance. Prior experience includes roles as Clinician, Caseworker at Lorain County Children Services, and Mental Health Therapist at OhioGuidestone, where Amy provided mental health services and interventions for clients across various age groups. Additional experience encompasses roles in library services, home-based case management, patient services, and salon coordination. Academically, Amy holds a Master of Social Work from Western New Mexico University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cleveland State University, and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Lorain County Community College.
