Michael Smith is currently a case manager at Netcare911. They gained extensive experience in emergency medical services through various roles, including as an ILS Medic and Support Services Manager at ER24, where they managed fleet operations and assisted in ICU transfers. Prior to this, Michael served as a BLS Medic at ER24 and managed a dive shop after achieving NAUI qualification as a Master Diver. Michael completed their education at Florida Park High School from 1991 to 1994.
